Responsibilities

Property Search Utilize your expertise to identify and recommend rental properties that have the potential to generate high occupancy rates and positive cash flow. Performance Projections Provide insights and projections on potential rental income, occupancy rates, and expenses for selected properties. Startup Guidance Guide me through the process of setting up an AirBnB rental property, including but not limited to legal requirements, property management strategies, pricing strategies, and guest communication protocols.
Requirements
Proven Experience Demonstrated experience in managing AirBnB properties, preferably in the Nashville area. Market Knowledge In-depth understanding of the Nashville rental market, including trends, demand drivers, and competitor analysis. Communication Skills Ability to effectively communicate recommendations, strategies, and insights to a novice AirBnB host. Availability Willingness to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the startup phase and beyond.
