WHAT YOU’LL DO We're looking for a Senior Designer to join a brand-new, dedicated creative team supporting a global enterprise B2B technology client. In this role, you'll help define the visual standards for a high-volume creative program, building scalable design systems while creating best-in-class work across digital channels. You'll partner closely with the Art Director, Motion Design team, editors, and strategists to bring compelling creative to life while mentoring fellow designers and helping shape the team's creative foundation. Set the Creative Standard Create exceptional digital creative across static ads, display banners, email, landing pages, and motion storyboards that establish the visual quality bar for the team. Build Design Systems That Scale Develop reusable templates, design systems, components, and workflows that enable consistent, efficient creative production across multiple campaigns. Elevate Creative Excellence Provide thoughtful feedback, mentor fellow designers, and help maintain a high standard of craft across every deliverable. Bring Ideas to Life Develop visual concepts, campaign assets, and storyboards that support motion, video, and digital experiences while ensuring every design communicates clearly and effectively. Champion Brand Consistency Translate brand guidelines into elevated, platform-specific creative that feels fresh, engaging, and cohesive across every touchpoint. Collaborate Across Creative Teams Partner with Art Directors, Motion Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters, and Creative Strategists to bring integrated campaigns from concept through execution. Work Smarter with AI Leverage AI-assisted creative tools and templated workflows where they enhance efficiency while applying strong design judgment to deliver polished, brand-right creative. WHAT YOU’LL NEED 5+ years of experience in digital design, advertising, or creative marketing with a portfolio showcasing exceptional work across digital campaigns. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce polished, production-ready creative. Experience designing static advertising, display campaigns, email, landing pages, and visual concepts for digital marketing. Experience building design systems, templates, and scalable creative processes. Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy. Ability to translate established brand guidelines into elevated, platform-appropriate creative solutions. Experience mentoring designers or providing creative feedback within collaborative teams. Strong communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Experience designing and building emails in Marketo or a comparable email service platform is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, or B2B brands. Experience creating or adapting HTML5 display banners using Google Web Designer, Celtra, or similar tools. Motion design or animation experience using Adobe After Effects. Experience designing for digital products, SaaS platforms, or UI-based experiences. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
