Senior Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Family Law Paralegal to join our growing legal support team. This is a full-time remote position supporting U.S.-based family law attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate has extensive experience handling family law matters, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage family law legal documents, including petitions, motions, declarations, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Assist attorneys with case preparation, trial preparation, and hearing support. Manage case files, deadlines, court filings, and client communications. Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation. Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties. Prepare financial disclosures and organize evidence for family law proceedings. Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with court requirements and filing procedures. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Paralegal, with significant focus on family law matters. 5+ years of experience working directly with U.S. law firms, attorneys, or U.S.-based clients. Strong knowledge of U.S. family law procedures and legal documentation. Experience with divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related family law matters. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Paralegal certification or relevant legal education. Experience supporting attorneys across multiple U.S. jurisdictions. Familiarity with e-filing systems and court procedures.
