About the Opportunity : The Senior Financial Analytics Advisor plays a key leadership role in executing the Finance department's Digital Strategy, particularly in data, analytics, and reporting. This position is responsible for leading analytics projects across all stages to deliver innovative solutions that support financial decision-making within healthcare. The role contributes by driving analytics excellence, guiding teams, and ensuring impactful data storytelling that informs strategic financial outcomes. 3. Responsibilities :

• Provide thought leadership in designing visual analytics solutions for storytelling
• Manage a portfolio of analytics and visualization projects developed by the team
• Lead or advise large analytics projects through all project stages
• Collaborate with internal Data and Analytics teams to accelerate solution development
• Establish best practices for data analytics and visualization
• Train and mentor Finance staff in analytics and visualization development
• Guide development of standardized processes for data acquisition and consumption
• Build, optimize, and maintain analytical models
• Automate and develop reusable self-service analytical tools and reports

4. Requirements :

• Experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions within healthcare finance
• Ability to lead analytics projects across all stages including development and deployment
• Skills in data storytelling and visualization using end user tools
• Capability to manage multiple projects and exercise judgment on project continuation
• Experience mentoring team members and collaborating across departments

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package :
