Responsibilities
Design, build, monitor, and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, product backend systems, billing platforms, and AWS Redshift. Build reliable integrations using API-based, event-driven, batch, file-based, and queue-based patterns. Own the operational reliability of business-critical integrations, including uptime, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and recovery. Design resilient integrations using retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and fault-tolerant patterns. Define reusable integration patterns, naming conventions, and error-handling standards. Rebuild brittle point-to-point connections into scalable, documented integration patterns. Define and manage data contracts, field mappings, transformations, and integration documentation. Partner with Business Systems, Engineering, and external consultants on connected systems and handoffs. Requirements 5+ years building and running production integrations. Hands-on experience with an iPaaS or middleware platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or similar. Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, batch processing, file-based integrations, and messaging/queue systems. Experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite with enterprise platforms. Experience working with AWS Redshift or enterprise data warehouses. Solid experience with JSON, XML, SQL, data mapping, and data transformation. Experience owning business-critical integrations in production. Experience building secure integrations with HIPAA, PHI, access controls, audit trails, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege access.

Experience in SaaS, high-growth, healthcare, or behavioral health environments.
