Senior Lead Azure/.Net Engineer
Lead .Net Developer/Azure Architect (Full-Stack) Chicago, IL (Hybid or Remote from other US locations) Contact Mary at [email protected] Responsibilities:
- Architect and build scalable full-stack applications in a cloud-native environment
- Lead technical decisions and drive best practices across the team
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver impactful features
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of growth and excellence
- Optimize performance across front-end, APIs, and databases
- Implement secure development practices and modern CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills:
- 10-15 of deep hands-on Azure architecture experience
- Strong understanding of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings and when to leverage specific Azure services
- Experience designing scalable enterprise systems end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, containerization, SQL patterns, MassTransit, CI/CD pipelines, and security considerations
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and architectural tradeoffs
- Strong communication skills and executive presence

- Genuine passion for coding and engineering with intrinsic motivation to continue learning, especially around AI enablement and tooling
