The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Frontend Architecture, UI Engineering, Micro Frontends, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Web Applications, with proven leadership experience driving frontend engineering excellence. This role requires ownership of frontend architecture, component design systems, application performance, scalability, accessibility, security, and enterprise UI modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and modular component-based UI frameworks and design systems.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Define frontend architecture standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Build and optimize enterprise applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Design and implement advanced state management solutions using Redux Toolkit, Context API, and React Hooks.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services with backend microservices.
- Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, virtual DOM optimization, and bundle optimization.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles.
- Lead code reviews, mentor frontend engineers, and drive Agile delivery across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, DevOps, Product Owners, and Architects to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.
