Senior Sales Executive - Legal Animation Studio ($100k-$175k, Remote)

We make the animations that juries watch during the country’s biggest trials. Epstein. Google antitrust. Apple IP. When the stakes are high enough that a jury needs to see what happened, top trial lawyers call Fox-AE. We turn forensic evidence, medical records, and complex technical disputes into courtroom animations that win cases. We’re hiring one sales closer to sell this work to the lawyers trying those cases. The numbers:

• $70,000 base + 7.5% commission on every dollar collected (new and repeat clients)
• Realistic earnings: $100,000–$175,000, with no ceiling
• Fully remote, with ~12 conferences a year
• Paid travel, lodging, and mileage

This probably isn’t your fit if you: want a salary-heavy role, prefer inbound leads to outbound outreach, or aren’t comfortable being the face of the company in a room full of trial lawyers. What the job actually looks like: Selling (the core of the role)

• Outbound to attorneys via calls, personalized email, and handwritten notes for high-value prospects
• Discovery conversations through Zoom to understand the case and recommend the right animation or illustration
• Writing and sending proposals; following up until there’s a yes or a no
• Maintaining clean records in our Fox CRM (training provided)

Conferences (~12 per year)

• Booth setup, working the floor, breakfasts/lunches/dinners with prospects
• Pre- and post-conference outreach — the conference is the excuse, the follow-up is the sale
• Capturing photos and contacts for social and CRM

Client management

• In-person client lunches or meetings
• Translating client requests into clear briefs for our production team
• Owning the relationship from first call through delivery and review

Marketing Campaigns and Plans You are expected to create rough marketing plans, execute them, refine them, document them, and repeat them if successful. This requires:

• Bias for action over meticulous planning.
• Skills (or interest in learning) to run many different types of marketing campaigns.
• Experimental and analytical approach to marketing campaigns.

• Base: $70,000/year (non-negotiable)
• Commission: 7.5% on payments received from new and repeat clients you convert
