Sourcing Specialist

Building Location: Business Service Center Department: 1007120 TALENT ACQUISITION - EH SS Job Description: As a member of the Essentia Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the sourcing specialist will be responsible to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to support the workforce needs of the organizations through multiple activities and by implementing talent strategies in collaboration with talent advisors and hiring leaders. Education Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Responsible to build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and referrals Utilize relevant technologies in digital, social media and job boards to source and recruit new and existing candidates Maintain a positive employee brand and be a brand ambassador Perform screening of applicants, assessment of their skill level/fit for roles and route appropriately Use independent judgment and discretion when interacting with candidates (written and verbal).•Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics for candidate generation and engagement Build and maintain relationships with academic leaders to ensure access to student pipelines are continuously maintained Actively participate in career fairs, staffing events and projects Network with past candidates and guiding applicants through the application process Follow policies and procedural guidelines ensuring that all laws, policies and regulations are adhered to Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resource or other business-related field, or equivalent combination of post- secondary education and work experience Two years' experience in recruitment, sourcing, or related experience Experience using recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sourcing tools or ability to learn Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience using and maintaining social media and networking skills helpful ​Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred Licensure/Certification Qualifications: FTE: 1 Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America) Shift Start Time: Shift End Time: Weekends: Holidays: No Call Obligation: No Employee Benefits at Essentia Health: At Essentia Health, we’re committed to supporting your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
