Who are we looking for?

• The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support and assistance to both the Managing Partner and the Personal Lending team, including completing all transactions and documentation efficiently and accurately ensuring deadlines are met
• Someone with a demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• The ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
• The ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions
• A Business Administration or other post-secondary education would be considered an asset
