This role involves comprehensive management of global payroll and equity administration processes, enhancing operations through strategic workflow improvements, and fostering robust cross-functional collaboration to support financial reporting and compliance. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving team excellence, navigating global compliance complexities, and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our expanding needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring compliance and timely processes for equity transactions.
- Lead and optimize global equity administration processes, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement innovative payroll and equity processes and policies, aligning with market trends and business objectives.
- Ensure alignment among key departments, supporting accurate reporting and global compliance.
- Build and guide a high-performing global team, emphasizing talent development and operational excellence.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep expertise in global payroll operations and controls.
- Demonstrated experience in global equity administration and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years in global payroll, equity administration, or relevant financial roles.
- 8+ years leading global teams within a public company.
- Experience in fast-growth environments and handling complex compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
