Own the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial close processes. ? Produce accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules. ? Manage the accounts receivable processes, including cash applications, resolving inquiries, and validating client balances, while overseeing the automated billing process ? Oversee accounts payable, ensuring accurate invoice approvals, disbursements, and vendor communications. ? Support internal and external audits/reviews with comprehensive documentation and insights. ? Collaborate with the technology team to enhance financial systems, processes, and controls. ? Research technical accounting standards and ensure compliance with US GAAP. ? Lead initiatives to identify and address process improvements and operational efficiencies and deploy best practices. What We?re Looking For: ? Experience: At least 3+ years in accounting (public, industry, or a mix). ? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or a related field. ? Technical Skills: Proficient in US GAAP, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks; experience with other financial tools is a plus. ? Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities. ? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. ? Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. ? Adaptable and excited to learn new systems and tools. Compensation: $70,000?$90,000 based on experience. Benefits: ?
