Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and grow your own real estate team or brokerage.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new agents to ensure they meet performance standards and adhere to industry regulations.
- Oversee daily operations including marketing initiatives, client relations, and transaction management.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards across all activities.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms and traditional channels to attract clients and agents.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Organize administrative processes such as property management documentation, licensing requirements, and record keeping.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies tailored for real estate growth and brand visibility.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Pay: $61,381.29 - $730,921.55 per year Work Location: Remote
