What you'll do Help translate user interfaces of all Chesscom apps (Chesscom, Chesscom Mobile, ChessKid, ChessKid Mobile, Dr Wolf, etc). Help translate marketing campaigns. Review previously submitted translations and ensure they're high quality. Preferred Skills Demonstrated expertise in chess with a deep understanding of its terminology. Proven professional experience in translating complex texts between English and Tamil. Exceptional linguistic knowledge, including a strong grasp of language theory and structure. Native or near-native fluency in both English and Tamil. Excellent communication skills with a high degree of responsiveness. Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. About the Opportunity This is a freelance role with a variable workload, compensated on a per-word basis. We are 100% remote (work from anywhere!)
