Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently type documents, reports, and other materials for clients
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with a speed of 40 wpm
