We have an immediate needs for many Remote/Virtual- Executive Assistant to work from home. You can live in any United States…Must be a citizen and have excellent communicative skills We have many Fortune 500 clients to traveling executives that need Admin support.. Will need strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, any database great.. Will have had work as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant Will set up appointment, keep calendar up to date, set up luncheon & dinner arrangement .. Lots of travel arraignments, hotel and limo services, car rentals sports tickets for entertainment etc.. Pretty much be the right arm to your boss etc Type and compose correspondence. Report etc.. Lot of phone work with clients, their home offices etc.. If you have been an E/A and can work 40 hours a week Mon-Friday from home This could be great for additional income.. as of right now this is a 12 month contract.. but it will be extended in many cases.. Pay rate is $15:00-$18.00 per hour in some cases we can get $20.00 Please send your resume ASAP!!
