In this role, you will assist clients with discovering vacation opportunities, comparing travel options, and coordinating arrangements for a wide variety of leisure travel experiences. From beachfront resorts and cruise vacations to family holidays and international escapes, you'll help travelers create personalized itineraries that match their goals and preferences. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, research, and delivering excellent client experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required, as complete training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with travelers to understand their vacation interests, priorities, and desired experiences Research destinations, travel packages, accommodations, and recreational activities Present customized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets Assist with securing reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and excursions Answer travel-related questions and provide planning guidance Coordinate booking details with supplier partners and travel vendors Monitor reservations and assist with itinerary adjustments when needed Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements Stay informed about travel trends, destination highlights, and special offers Deliver outstanding customer support throughout the travel planning process
Qualifications
