Volunteer Grant Writers Needed
Dear Applicant, Thank you for your interest in joining Pawsitive Mind Foundation and Funds for Veterans—two mission-driven nonprofit organizations dedicated to changing lives through compassion, support, and action. We are currently seeking grant writers of all experience levels, including individuals who are eager to learn and grow. If you have strong writing skills and a passion for making a difference, we are willing to train the right person. This is a flexible, volunteer-based role with stipends provided as a token of appreciation. While we do not require a set number of weekly hours, we do expect reliability, accountability, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Please note: If you do not have the time to actively volunteer and fulfill commitments, we respectfully ask that you do not apply. We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for helping others and a deep sense of empathy for veterans, individuals in crisis, and the communities we serve. What You'll Do:
- Research and identify grant opportunities
- Write compelling, mission-driven grant proposals
- Collaborate with our team to tell powerful stories that secure funding
- Help expand programs that directly impact veterans and individuals in need
