WordPress Developer Needed – Build Website Using Existing Theme & Completed Designs
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a clean, modern website using the Rayo WordPress theme by OceanThemes. The website has already been fully designed in Figma/mobile layouts, and we are intentionally keeping custom development to a minimum. The goal is to faithfully recreate the supplied designs using the theme’s existing functionality and Elementor components wherever possible. This is a creative portfolio/agency-style website with multiple case studies and responsive layouts already designed. ⸻ Project Scope Setup & Installation
- Install and configure WordPress
- Install and configure the Rayo theme
- Set up website hosting
- Connect and configure the live domain/URL
- Configure SSL and ensure site is secure/live
Website Build Build the website based on supplied designs and content. Pages include:
- Homepage
- About
- Brands & Agencies
- Creators & Networks
- Work / Projects Overview
- Contact Page
- 6 x Individual Case Study Pages
Case Studies
- A case study template design has already been created
- This template simply needs duplicating and populating 6 times with supplied content/images
Content Population
- All copy, imagery and logos will be supplied
- Developer will be responsible for uploading and formatting content correctly across the site
Responsive Build
- Mobile responsiveness is extremely important
- Desktop and mobile designs already exist and should be followed closely
Finalisation
- Basic SEO setup
- Meta titles
- Meta descriptions
- Image optimisation
- Speed/performance optimisation
- Cross-browser testing
- Final QA before launch
- Launching the site live

- We are not looking for a heavily custom-coded website
- The goal is to maximise use of the existing Rayo theme and Elementor functionality
- Minimal custom CSS only where absolutely necessary
- Designs are already complete
- This is primarily a build and implementation project rather than a design project
