This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a Data Entry Clerk. You will be primarily responsible for keeping the company database up-to-date. Moreover, you should be able to gather required documents from clients and verify their authenticity. You should have excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail. As a Data Entry Clerk, you should ensure that the quality control measures are met at all times. You will be coordinating and overseeing the activities of the Data Entry Operator. Data Entry Admin Duties Will Include
- Updating the internal systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure.
- Confirm account and customer information that was entered and correct, evaluate, delete, and reenter information when it is incomplete, or when clearing out files to get rid of duplication of data.
The Ideal Administrator Will Have
- Solid Data Entry and Administrative experience
- Good software knowledge and be tech savvy
- Experience of working in an environment with confidential information, can demonstrate an understanding of data protection
