  Join our team as a Help Desk Administrator and provide essential chat support from anywhere. This role is perfect for individuals with strong written communication skills and a friendly attitude, capable of managing chat-based inquiries efficiently. Your main tasks will involve answering questions, assisting with website navigation, and resolving issues, all through chat interfaces like Facebook... Messenger. With a competitive rate of up to $35 per hour, you ll be supporting a variety of businesses, ensuring their customers have the best online interaction possible. What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Contract length: No fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection. Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
