Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales partners to produce comprehensive, high quality proposals that contain responses obtained through a variety of resources including the RFP content management system, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other colleagues across the organization as necessary With some assistance, manage overall project requirements, communicate proactively, coordinate internal strategy meetings, outsource questions, and format documents. Oversee project milestones and ensure output is consistent with all required proposal standards and business objectives. Coordinate final documents and distribution, and ensure external deliverables are met. Multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve while using simple judgment and defined procedures to effectively resolve straightforward situations. Clearly articulate challenges through verbal and written communication to build consensus with business partners. Collaborate with business partners across the organization to deliver consistent messaging in the marketplace. Assist with internal content library maintenance by submitting material and non-material change requests as well as new Q&A pairings, update internal tracking systems for real time reporting purposes, and contribute to special projects. Support a range of project complexities beginning with simple and average Perform review of proposals to ensure accuracy of data. Seeks guidance and feedback on his/her performance; responds appropriately and takes action to improve the results achieved Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Required skills and competencies: Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills Understanding of investment and retirement terminology desirable but not compulsory Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, unified, persuasive output Build productive internal/external working relationships Required Experience: 2-4 years of experience in RFP/ pre-sales Tools Worked: MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) We are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
