careerzynith is seeking two talented Customer Data Specialists to join our Shelton, CT team. One position will be primarily customer‑facing, engaging directly with clients throughout the onboarding journey.   • Guide new customers through the onboarding workflow, ensuring all required documentation is collected, verified, and entered into our systems.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, onboarding, and billing teams to resolve open items such as contracts, invoices, and supplemental paperwork.
