Key Responsibilities

  • * Assist in generating reports and summarizing data as needed.
  • * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.
  • * Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
  • * Proficiency in careerzynith Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.
  • * Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 words per minute).
  • * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
  • * Experience in logistics or transportation sectors is a plus, but not required.
  • * Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools is advantageous.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible part-time schedule with a commitment of approximately 20-25 hours per week.
  • * Availability to work during business hours is preferred; specific hours can be discussed during the interview.
