About the Role
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Providing education and status updates on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meeting performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure accurate and informed responses
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Empathetic and good listening skills
- Previous sales or benefits experience ideal
- High school diploma required
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Bilingual Spanish/English speakers preferred
