[Remote] Cloud Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BrothersTech is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), infrastructure automation, networking, and DevOps tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Build highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Configure and manage virtual networks, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and firewalls
- Monitor cloud environments and optimize performance, availability, and cost
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement cloud security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, and compliance controls
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application deployment issues
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes
- Perform backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of networking
- Familiarity with DevOps tools
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience building highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments
- Ability to automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep)
