[Remote] Content Creator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a Content Creator/Consultant to develop high-quality digital content primarily for social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing production workflows, and collaborating with various teams to ensure brand compliance and quality.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content including posts, carousels, graphics, Canva templates, visual assets, AI-assisted animations, and short-form videos
- Produce multiple content variations for different audiences while maintaining brand consistency
- Build and maintain Canva Enterprise templates, reusable design systems, and asset libraries
- Translate messaging frameworks into polished, ready-to-publish content
- Manage high-volume content production, timelines, compliance reviews, approvals, and publishing workflows
- Develop content guides, documentation, SOPs, and workflow resources
- Maintain organized project documentation and support ongoing content initiatives
- Research social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content best practices
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital Enablement teams to deliver high-quality content
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Canva AI, and similar technologies while applying human review, editing, and fact-checking to ensure quality and compliance
Skills
- Expert-level Canva experience, including template creation, social media design, and asset management
- Strong content creation, digital design, and copywriting skills
- Experience managing high-volume content production in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and emerging trends
- Experience creating financial literacy, educational, or marketing content
- Familiarity with compliance processes, preferably within financial services, insurance, healthcare, or another regulated industry
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Canva AI, or similar technologies
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Experience developing scalable content systems, reusable templates, and documentation
- Ability to balance creativity with operational execution and process improvement
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional Marketing, Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital teams
