[Remote] Coupa Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a skilled Coupa Consultant for a contract opportunity that can be worked remotely. The role involves implementing, supporting, and integrating Coupa while managing integrations with Oracle Fusion/AP to optimize the client's Procure to Pay operations.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Coupa implementation, support, administration, and integration (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and/or Supplier Management)
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Payables (Fusion ERP) and AP workflows
• Experience supporting P2P processes including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing
• Experience with integrations, file-based imports, and troubleshooting failures
• The ideal candidate will have experience operating within SOX-controlled environments, following a structured SDLC lifecycle, and delivering enhancements using Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with transactional datasets
• Experience working in SOX-controlled environments
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery practices
• Experience with S2P/P2P transformation projects
• Experience with API integrations or middleware tools
• Working knowledge of Coupa Super Smash and SIM
• Knowledge of accounting concepts related to AP, accruals, expense coding, and 3-way match
• Strong documentation, communication, and training skills
• Ability to work effectively with Procurement, AP, IT, and business stakeholders
• Experience reviewing Coupa quarterly releases, advanced analytics setup and reporting, as well as integration capabilities is highly desirable
• Familiarity With Coupa Modules Such As Coupa Pay, Supplier Portal, Risk Assess, Spend Analytics
