[Remote] Data Management Associate at Systems Thinking & Solutions

Systems Thinking & Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Management Associate to support data operations, reporting, and information management activities for internal teams and client projects. The ideal candidate will help maintain data accuracy, organize digital records, generate reports, and support business analysis initiatives in a fast-paced technical services environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, verify, and maintain company and project-related data across internal databases and systems
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records
- Generate spreadsheets, dashboards, summaries, and reports for management and operational teams
- Assist with document management, electronic filing, and records organization
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and project managers to support data-driven initiatives
- Identify discrepancies in datasets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information
- Support process improvement initiatives related to data collection and workflow efficiency
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support when needed in a remote work environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in data entry, data coordination, records management, or administrative support
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent typing, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting technical services, systems engineering, or government contracting environments
- Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance practices
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments effectively in a remote team structure
