[Remote] Database Report Writer

The Database Report Writer plays a key role in supporting data-informed decision-making by developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports from electronic health record systems and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Design and build ad hoc reports to meet evolving organizational needs
- Modify, test, and enhance existing reports to ensure accuracy and usability
- Deploy reports and support end users with reporting needs
- Partner with the Director of Data Reporting Services on projects and initiatives
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School/GED required
- At least three (3) years' experience using SQL to query complex relational databases and validate reporting results required
- Possess the ability to determine the level of effort to accomplish requested tasks
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the challenges and reporting needs of the organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least three (3) years' experience with various computer software and Enterprise Health Record applications preferred
- At least three (3) years' experience using Crystal Reports preferred
