[Remote] Epic Ambulatory & Wisdom Analyst

This role is primarily focused on Ambulatory production support with an emphasis on Wisdom and Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities
- Provide Epic Ambulatory production support with a focus on Behavioral Health
- Resolve production incidents and ServiceNow tickets
- Build and maintain SmartSets, Express Lanes, and other Epic tools
- Support Epic Wisdom through ticket resolution, production support, and participation in module meetings
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize workflows
Skills
- Epic Ambulatory certification required
- Experience supporting Epic Wisdom and Behavioral Health workflows
- Strong production support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization experience
- Wisdom certification preferred
