[Remote] Finance Associate

Responsibilities
- Help families protect their future with customized financial strategies
- Use our exclusive Expert Financial Analysis (EFA) tool to design personalized plans
- Educate clients on key financial products like RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, and more
- Build your own client base and, if desired, grow and lead a team
- Make a real impact in people's lives and help them achieve financial security
Skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, PR, Work Permit holder)
- Students are not eligible unless graduating and receiving a work permit
- Willing to obtain license (or already licensed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, coachable, and ready to work independently
- Must have a laptop/PC and reliable internet connection
- Commission-only mindset with strong income goals (potential to earn $50K–$100K+ in Year 1)
