[Remote] MEDITECH Report Writer/Builder
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quoris is seeking a MEDITECH Report Writer to support reporting development and optimization efforts for a healthcare organization. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining reports within the MEDITECH environment, primarily utilizing NPR reporting to support clinical and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports within the MEDITECH environment using NPR
- Gather and document reporting requirements from operational and technical stakeholders
- Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation of report logic, data sources, and build decisions
- Support ongoing reporting optimization and enhancement requests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective reporting solutions
Skills
- Hands-on MEDITECH NPR report writing experience required
- Strong understanding of MEDITECH data structures and reporting architecture
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into accurate, actionable reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment
- Strong communication skills with both technical and operational audiences
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Experience with MEDITECH NPR or BAC reporting
- Background supporting revenue cycle, clinical, or operational reporting in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with MEDITECH Expanse or Magic platforms
- Experience working in a consulting or contract capacity
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously
