[Remote] Revenue Operations Specialist

The Revenue Operations Manager will support leadership and revenue teams by managing data, improving processes, optimizing CRM systems, and enhancing reporting and automation to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve revenue-related workflows, internal processes, and operating procedures to increase efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams
  • Define, organize, and maintain revenue datasets based on key business metrics, including pipeline performance, sales activity, revenue forecasting, renewal tracking, client performance, and goal attainment
  • Maintain centralized revenue data across CRM, marketing, sales, and reporting systems. Support data accuracy, cleanup, validation, and reporting workflows to ensure leadership has reliable insights for decision-making
  • Build, troubleshoot, and improve internal reporting, automation, and data workflow tools using AI-assisted development practices. Work with existing systems, APIs, and databases to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and optimize revenue tools such as CRM platforms, proposal tools, prospecting tools, marketing automation platforms, reporting dashboards, data warehouses, and workflow automation systems
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, client success, operations, and technical team members to maintain shared data standards, improve communication, and ensure consistent reporting across departments
  • Support revenue forecasting processes to improve predictability, pipeline visibility, and goal tracking
  • Create and maintain dashboards for leadership and revenue teams using defined KPIs. Present insights in a clear, concise, and actionable format
  • Assist with commission tracking, monthly commission calculations, quota planning, and related revenue performance reporting
  • Support onboarding and enablement for revenue team members by creating documentation, training materials, process guides, and tool usage resources
  • Organize and maintain prospecting materials, proposal templates, branded content, sales collateral, agreements, and fulfillment-related documents
  • Support sales marketing activities, including email campaign tracking, list management, lead source reporting, and revenue attribution

Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, project management, data management, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret revenue, sales, marketing, and financial data
  • Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and workflow automation platforms
  • Comfortable working with data warehouses, databases, APIs, and integrations
  • Working knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace, Zapier, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Airtable, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Ability to use AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to improve workflows, reporting, automation, and documentation
  • Basic technical fluency with Git, API-based integrations, SQL, automation scripts, and existing codebases is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams, personalities, and business functions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, and execute improvements independently
  • Experience in SaaS, digital media, advertising, marketing, technology services, or B2B revenue operations
  • Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Vercel, HubSpot workflows, marketing automation, or custom reporting tools
  • Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports
  • Experience supporting sales teams with forecasting, pipeline analysis, quotas, commissions, and revenue attribution
