[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Baptist Health is the largest healthcare system serving central Alabama, providing comprehensive hospital-based and outpatient services to nearly 60 percent of the residents in Montgomery, Autauga and Elmore counties. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex and high-visibility projects across the organization, including detailed project planning and cross-functional team leadership.

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a similar or related role
• Expert understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring to include principles related to scope, budget, and resource management
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and guidance
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Proficiency in project management software and excellent computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Commitment to staying current with the latest project management trends, technologies, and methodologies
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects' activities concurrently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs
• Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in a field of study relevant to the current position
• Two or more current, industry standard certifications for information technology or project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP)
