Responsibilities

• Engage with professionals
• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in exploring flexible, remote, or independent professional opportunities
• Hold structured introductory conversations to understand each person’s background, motivation, career direction, and suitability
• Where there is alignment, guide suitable people through the next stage of the process and maintain clear, professional communication

Skills

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, client engagement, account management, consulting, business development, or a similar people-focused role
• A professional and thoughtful approach to conversations
• Confidence speaking with experienced professionals
• Good organisation and follow-up habits
• The ability to work independently and follow a structured process
• Interest in leadership, personal development, career growth, or professional transformation
• Comfort with a flexible, remote, contract-based working model
