[Remote] Technical Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centric Software is a global leader providing an innovative and AI-enabled product-concept-to-commercialization platform. They are seeking a Technical Consultant to define and optimize design solutions, work closely with delivery teams and clients, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize design solutions in line with clients’ requirements leveraging the Centric PLM platform
- Work closely with Centric solution delivery teams and customers clients
- Collect, understand, challenge and communicate the business requirements for the project, translating these into functional specifications
- Define the configuration and data requirements to meet the required business processes
- Assist in the preparation system test and validation plans
Skills
- Scientific or technical degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of system integration patterns and processes
- Expert Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Typescript, Javascript
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, Jason
- Knowledge of scripting languages (bash or similar)
- Track record in consultancy with a Large Software Vendor
- Experience in enterprise software or ERP implementations
- Experience with the manipulation of large dataset
- Knowledge of retail, apparel, Food & Beverages or cosmetic industry
- Knowledge of PLM applications at a strategic and operational level
