About the Role
As an EBO Data Entry Specialist at Nexlith, you will play a vital role in supporting reputed company by processing a high volume of credit card payments and providing exceptional customer service to patients. You will be working closely with our Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless operations and deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities
Manually post transactions for non-automated client systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Accurately process credit cards and phone checks collected by EBO on a daily basis, utilizing online systems and maintaining a high level of productivity. Essential Qualifications

Ability to work in a self-directed manner and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong knowledge and understanding of the EBO Private Pay process is strongly beneficial, but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience (6 – 12 months) in Accounts Receivable (A/R) or a reputed company field.
